Endless Fun Floating Down the Current River in Doniphan, MO!
Spend the day splashing around in the beautiful Current River! The Rocky River Resort is south of the Current River Bridge, on the east side of the river. Once you arrive, we’ll transport you upriver to where all our raft, tube, and canoe float trips begin. You will enjoy your time on the river without worrying about a long walk back to your car at the end of the day – you’ll float right to it!

Deer Leap Float
Canoeing and Kayaking – Looking for a short but peaceful time out on the water? We recommend our canoeing and kayaking trip, with an average float time of 2 to 4 hours on a 6-mile float out on the river. This trip offers several stopping points to relax, swim, fish, picnic, and sunbathe. We do offer shuttle services for your personal equipment.

Rafting – Visiting with a group? The rafting trip is for you! Sail down a mild 6-mile stretch of the river in about 4 hours in one of our 6-person rafts. This trip is perfect for those who wish to float with friends, stop at one of the many gravel bars, or want to bask in the sun out on the water.

Tubing – Are you the type to be in the water as you float? Then our tubing trip is perfect for you! Inexpensive and guaranteed fun, tubing down the Current River offers thrills and fun for all who float. If you’re looking for a bit of luxury, we recommend our canvas-covered Cadillac tubes. At the Rocky River Resort, we’ll instruct you on securing your coolers to the tubes and lend some advice for a fun, safe, and successful float down the river. The prices listed include the shuttle. Prices are per tube, per day.

Bay Nothing Float
Embrace a full day of river floating on our Bay Nothing Float. This trip offers 21 miles of beautiful Missouri scenery down the Current River over a 8-hour period. Give yourself time to stop for lunch, go swimming, bask in the sunlight, check out the local wildlife, or rest and relax at one of the many gravel bars along the riverside. Due to the length of the trip, we recommend getting to the Rocky River Resort by 8 am. We do offer shuttle services for your personal equipment.

Enjoy Our Fabulous Campgrounds and RV Sites
Camping is fun, even more so when you have everything you need for every situation! Rocky River Resort offers access to all the fun on the Current River, and all the comforts you need to camp outdoors. Hot showers, hook-ups to electricity, flush toilets, picnic tables, fire rings, and all the space and shade you need are available at our gorgeous campgrounds. If you travel by RV, we provide you with water, sewer, and cable TV hook-ups at our RV parking sites. The Rocky River Resort has an on-site convenience store that supplies last-minute necessities!
- Primitive Camping is $20.00 per night.
- Tent Camping is $25.00 per night.
- 30-amp RV camping sites, with water & electricity is $30.00 per RV, per night.
- 30-amp RV camping, with water, electricity, & sewer is $35.00 per RV, per night.
- 50-amp RV camping sites, with water & electricity is $35.00 per RV, per night.

Got a large group coming in for the day? No problem! We rent out our pavilions, which have electric, water, and BBQs available.
- $100 per day for our larger pavilion (seats 75-100)
- $50 per day for our smaller pavilion (seats 25-35)
